All sales are final.

 

Due to the nature of our creative experiences, events, and private parties—including advance preparation, staffing, and materials—we do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, illness, or changes in personal schedules.

 

By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are non-refundable.

 

If an event must be canceled or rescheduled by The ARTZY Café, we will offer a credit, reschedule option, or refund at our discretion.

 

This policy applies to all classes, lounges, workshops, parties, memberships, and special events.

We do not offer refunds for classes, workshops, lounges, parties, events, or memberships. This includes no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, or changes in personal schedules.

 

Because materials, staffing, and space are reserved in advance, payments are non-refundable.

 

If an event is canceled by The ARTZY Café, a credit, reschedule option, or refund may be offered at our discretion.

 

By completing a booking or purchase, you agree to this refund policy.

What to Include in the Refund Policy

This policy applies only to physical merchandise shipped by The ARTZY Café. It does not apply to classes, events, parties, lounges, or digital products.

 

 

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines and handling are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

 

 

Damaged Items

If a physical item arrives damaged, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

 

To be eligible for review, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the original packaging

  • Proof of delivery date

Failure to submit documentation within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.

Resolution for Damaged Items

If damage is confirmed, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Issue a store credit

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only if a replacement is not reasonably possible.

 

 

Exclusions

The following are not considered damage:

 

  • Minor imperfections or variations due to handmade or artistic nature

  • Wear caused after delivery

  • Damage resulting from misuse or improper care

 

Return Shipping

In some cases, damaged items may need to be returned. Return instructions will be provided if required. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
