StunT
Strength. Strategy. Teamwork.
STUNT is a competitive, cheer-based sport that focuses on athletic skill, precision, and strategy—without music, props, or traditional cheer routines. Teams compete head-to-head, performing short, structured rounds that test stunting, tumbling, pyramids, and jumps.
At the Ripon Youth Center, our STUNT program is designed to build strong, confident athletes while teaching discipline, teamwork, and advanced movement skills in a safe, supportive environment.

Ballet Barre
Graceful strength. Intentional movement. A stronger you.
Adult Ballet Barre is a low-impact, technique-driven class that blends classical ballet fundamentals with functional strength, balance, and flexibility. Designed specifically for adults, this class focuses on alignment, posture, core engagement, and controlled movement—without choreography, performance pressure, or prior dance experience required.
Using the ballet barre as a foundation, participants move through structured exercises that strengthen the legs, glutes, and core while improving mobility, balance, and body awareness. The pace is mindful and empowering, making it ideal for both beginners and experienced movers.

MOB
Mindful Optimal Movement.
MOB is your movement philosophy and program built around the idea that how we move matters as much as how often we move. GymnaSTICs Team Philoscophy
At Ripon Gymnastics Club, our Xcel Competitive Program is built on the belief that gymnastics is more than just a sport—it is a powerful foundation for developing confident, disciplined, and resilient individuals. Our program is designed to support each athlete not only in their physical abilities, but also in their personal growth, mindset, and character.
Our mission is to guide every gymnast toward becoming the best version of themselves, both inside and outside of the gym. We are committed to creating an environment that encourages growth, accountability, and confidence while maintaining a strong sense of structure and support.
Through consistent training and team participation, athletes develop essential life skills such as self-discipline, self-motivation, and time management. They learn how to balance school, athletics, and personal responsibilities while staying focused on their goals. Respect is a foundational value within our program—respect for coaches, teammates, equipment, and the overall training environment.
We emphasize dedication, effort, and consistency. Gymnasts are encouraged to take ownership of their progress, push through challenges, and stay committed even when things feel difficult. Success in gymnastics requires patience, and we teach our athletes to trust the process while continuing to move forward with determination.
Leadership and confidence naturally develop as athletes grow within the program. Gymnasts learn to support and uplift their teammates, celebrate one another’s successes, and contribute positively to the team environment. While gymnastics is often viewed as an individual sport, our program thrives on teamwork, connection, and shared experiences.
In addition to physical training, we promote healthy habits and a strong mindset. Athletes are encouraged to take care of their bodies, fuel themselves properly, and approach each practice with focus and intention. We believe that a strong mind is just as important as a strong body.
At Ripon Gymnastics Club, excellence is not defined solely by scores or medals, but by effort, growth, and character. The lessons learned through gymnastics extend far beyond the gym and help shape confident, capable individuals in all areas of life.
