SUMMER PROGRAM 7 WEEKS $210
This summer, our cheerleaders will focus on strength, endurance, flexibility, and injury prevention to prepare for a powerful season ahead. Our program is designed to improve stunting strength, tumbling explosiveness, and overall athleticism so athletes are conditioned for success.
Schedule:
Tuesdays
8:15 - 9:15 AM - Level 1 Strength, Flexibility, and Cardio Endurance
9:15 - 10:15 AM - Level 2 Strength, Flexibility, and Cardio Endurance
Wednesdays
8:15 - 9:15 AM - Level 1 Stunts and Tumbling
9:15 - 10:15 AM - Level 2 Stunts and Tumbling
What We Focus On:
Strength and Power Training
Core stability for improved stunts and tumbling
Lower body strength for jump height and balance
Upper body endurance for flyers and bases
Jump and Explosive Power
Drills to improve jump height, execution, and control
Sprint and agility training for quicker movement
Plyometric training for tumbling power
Flexibility and Injury Prevention
Stretching techniques for stunt body positions and splits
Active flexibility to improve jumps and motions
Mobility work to prevent injuries and enhance performance
Stamina and Endurance
High-intensity training to increase strength and stamina
Motion and routine conditioning for full-out performances
Breathing and recovery techniques for long-lasting energy
Important Details:
All athletes must bring water, cheer shoes, and a yoga mat (optional)..
Prepares athletes for competition season by improving endurance, control, and power.
Each session is one hour, twice per week, to maximize training benefits while preventing burnout.
